The terms of buying from us.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Eleventh Hour Apparel, LBW Productions, 1317 Edgewater Dr #1712, Orlando, FL 32804. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Eleventh Hour Apparel, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in United States dollars. We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe and is due in full at checkout. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping timelines and rates are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

5. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 30 days on unworn, unwashed merchandise. We do not offer refunds except where we made the error or where required by law. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Our giving commitment

$10 from every full-price shirt sold through this site is donated to New Dawn Outreach Ministries of Jacksonville, Florida. Group, wholesale, and discounted orders give at an amount agreed at the time the order is priced. Donations are remitted on a regular schedule rather than per transaction. New Dawn Outreach Ministries is a partner organization and is not responsible for this website, our products, or our conduct.

7. Intellectual property

The Eleventh Hour Apparel name, the "Never Too Late" design, our logo, and the text and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to wear the shirt anywhere. You are not permitted to reproduce, print, or sell the design, or to use our brand assets commercially, without written permission.

8. Product representation

Colors vary between screens, and garment measurements carry normal manufacturing tolerance. Illustrations and mockups shown on this site are representations of the product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
